Market Research Analyst
We are looking for a qualified Market Research Analyst to perform the following duties:
- Evaluate customer preferences and gather any missed information.
- Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
- Determine company’s market research needs and assist in planning the various stages of its marketing research projects.
- Ensure that customer support policies and strategies are followed.
- Conduct research on customer opinions to better resolve customer incidents.
- Organize and analyze data on market demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits so as to enable presentation of precise statistical data for use by sales staff in presenting products and securing commitments.
- Analyze customer outreach problems including root cause analysis and using other qualitative and quantitative techniques to understand customer retention.
Monitor the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies:
- Measure and assess different levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collect and measure information on competitors and their prices, methods of marketing and their distribution channels.
- Evaluate pricing and terms to ensure competitive position in the market and recommend necessary modifications.
- Promote customer attraction and retention policies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Market Research
- Minimum 3 years or more of work experience
Bookkeeper
We are looking for a detail-oriented, thorough and organized bookkeeper with the ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment. Please read the description below carefully:
Manage the daily responsibilities of several accounting functions including but not limited to:
- Posting information to accounting software and reconcile accounts.
- Accounts payable/accounts receivable
- Daily billing
- General ledger analysis
- Assist with collections
- Office Administrative Support.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience with accounting software with a keen attention to detail and ability to keep records and files organized
- Minimum 3 years recent experience in bookkeeping and have excellent customer service skills, team involvement, relationship building and problem solving
